This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Agile principles and a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of efficiency, innovation, and high performance across our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach multiple teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives to enhance team performance, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma strategies to identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize workflows across various departments.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of Agile and Lean initiatives and report on key performance indicators.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, transparency, and adaptability within the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute Agile transformation roadmaps and strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Agile environments, demonstrating leadership roles in driving Agile adoption and maturity.
- Extensive experience and proven expertise in various Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
- Strong background and certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with practical application in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop individuals and teams in Agile practices.
