Main responsibilities will include:
1) Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
2) Handle company/product launch - mega launch events
3) Customer meetings/employee rewards/recognition meetings (Awards/certificates, trophies)
4) Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction such as corporate ppt, video
5) Implementing online marketing activities including social media/digital marketing, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc
6) Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns ( ATL/BTL) and course corrections as required
7) Managing communications spending and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
8) Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
9) Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication
Demand Generation:
10) Planning Strategy/Execution of Field Demand generation Activity
11) Review of Budget for DG Activity, & Exhibition
12) Tracking territory wise, customer wise Inventory & Liquidation (Includes performance of Brand /Crop wise/ State/region/ SBU India ) Growth Performance management
13) Reviewing Target and achievement /Brand Performance.
14) New business Expansion, New business development - expansion/activation:
15) New Geography Business/Crop Expansion based on Data based
