We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with at least 2 years of proven experience in gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and experience working with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct process analysis, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Prepare clear documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucid chart, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology preferred.
