The Role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer at abex.work, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products from conception to launch. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing intuitive interfaces, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements, from ideation to implementation.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate user research insights and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that align with our brand guidelines and product vision.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to define product requirements, roadmaps, and feature specifications.
- Work alongside engineers to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with animation and motion design.
